Sadly, it is time for more goodbyes in the Penn Lab. Dr. Yong Wei, Dr. Corey Lourenco and Aaliya Tamachi are moving on to the next steps in their respective careers.
Yong, who has been with us for 3.5 years as a Post-Doc, is now moving on to a position as a PI in Hongzhou at a Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) lab.
Corey completed his PhD in the Penn Lab and continued his research as a Post-Doc. He is now moving onto a position with Eversana after 7 years with us!
And last but not least, our lab manager, Aaliya, is also moving on to her next adventure. She has kept the lab running for the last 5.5 years, but luckily isn’t going too far, as she is working at Research Facilities at PMCRT!
We wish everyone the best of luck in their future endeavours; you will be greatly missed!
