All good things come to an end. And so did the tenure of Dr. Jason De Melo, Dr. Joseph Longo and Roberto Ciaccio in our lab.

Jason, who has been with the Penn Lab for five years as a Post-Doc and then supported the Office of Research Trainees at UHN, is moving on to a position at Klick Health.
After his PhD defense and multiple manuscript publications, Joseph is moving on to do his PostDoc in Grand Rapids in the lab of Rusty Jones.
And finally, Roberto’s 6-month visit in Toronto came to an end amid the pandemic and we wished him farewell from afar on Zoom. He is continuing his PhD at the University of Bologna where he will defend his thesis soon!

We wish all three of them the best of luck in their future endeavours and will miss their cheerful presence in the lab!
